You can request a return or exchange within 45 days of receiving the product.

Return Process
- Contact us via email or phone to request a return, and provide the order number, payment proof, reason for return or exchange, and relevant photos or videos;
- Our customer service team will promptly process your request. If approved, we will inform you of the return address and provide instructions on how to return the item;
- You need to return the product to our designated return address (22 Avenue C, Rochester, NY 14621, US), and wait for us to receive the item;
- Once we receive the product, we will immediately inspect it to verify if it meets the reported issues. If the inspection is successful, we will proceed with the refund. For more information on refunds, please refer to our refund policy.
Exchange Process

- Once we receive the product, we will immediately inspect it to verify if it meets the reported issues. If the inspection is successful, we will arrange for the new item to be shipped to your address within 1-3 business days.
Refund Details
After the return is confirmed, we will process the refund within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (such as credit card, Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
Fee Rules
- For product appearance issues, quality problems, odor, severe color differences, incorrect products, etc., we will cover the shipping cost;
- For no-reason returns or exchanges, the shipping cost will be borne by you.
Liability Statement
